Practice Schedules for the Spring / LC Season

- Please select your YNS Location
- We understand that these Schedules may be different than this past Short Course Season. There are a lot of variable that go into making our Practice Schedule which include pool usage for other YMCA programs. We try our best to create the best Practice Schedule for all of our groups!
- We will also have a different Practice Schedule once Schools release for the Summer
Group Placements for the Long Course Season

- Please select your YNS Location
- Group Placements are something that our Coaching Staff takes very seriously, as it effects how our program operates and functions. We take a lot of time in carefully considering every Swimmer and the best place on our YNS Team for them to continue to grow and progress as Swimmers and as humans.
- If you have a question about your Swimmer’s placement, we urge you to ask them first! Quite often, they will have the answer you are looking for. If they don’t, please reach out to your Lead Site Coach for more information

Meet Schedule for the Long Course Season
- Our Meet Schedule can be found here
- Please save the Dates for our YNS Home Meets!
- April 12-13th
- May 3-4th
- May 30th – June 1st
- June 27-29th
- Please make sure you read the column that states which Practice Groups are invited to each Meet.
- We take into consideration location, date, age groups, etc when deciding our Meet Schedule for the Team
- There could be Events that are currently listed that could get cancelled, and there could be new Events that pop up quickly!
Call for Volunteers
- Swimming and the YMCA are predicated on Volunteerism!
- We are always looking for Volunteers for various things to help build and grow our YNS Team and brand.
- Some positions include, but are not limited to:
- Swim Meet Volunteers
- Officials (especially for 10/Unders)
- Timers
- Meet Managers
- Other Vital Meet Personnel
- Parent Committee Members
- Or YNS Location Liaisons
- Social Event Volunteers
- Help organize and operate our fun social events after practices
- Swim Meet Volunteers

We know that was a lot, so please take a few minutes to take it all in! We are very excited about what we were able to accomplish this past 7 months as a Team. We will send out a full Season recap once we are finished our final Swim Meets!
