YNS Sharks Swim Team practice will not be canceled unless the YMCA is closed. If a Y practice site closes due to poor weather, the practice at that site will be canceled. Every attempt will be made to send an email to swimmers at sites affected by cancelations. It will also be posted on the website. Please note the phone numbers for your training site:

Given that some swimmers travel quite a distance to practice and conditions where a swimmer lives and where a swimmer practices can be vastly different, swimmers not able to make a practice will NOT be marked absent.
